2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The 16takabet VIP program has four tiers and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity. Each cashback has its own wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any user abuses the bonus system or attempts to withdraw without strategically meeting the bonus requirements, the 16takabet authority reserves the right to cancel that bonus and forfeit the associated winnings.

All types of betting and gaming activities on 16takabet are conducted in accordance with the following rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Review all bets carefully before they are finalized
• A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a match or event is cancelled, the amount of that bet will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 16takabet reserves the right to cancel that bet
• In the case of live betting, bets submitted after the market has closed will not be accepted

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of any ongoing bet or round is safely preserved
• The final result can be verified from game history and logs

6.3 Tournaments and Special Events

Additional rules may apply during special tournaments or events. These rules will be clearly stated on the page for each event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 16takabet:

• Using a third party's payment method

8.1 Closure by the Authority

16takabet reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• If these terms and conditions are violated
• If identity verification fails or false information is found
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is found
• If the user is involved in prohibited activities
• If the account has been inactive for a long period (prior notice will be given in accordance with policy)

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, we also offer a self-exclusion facility. Please contact the support team for assistance in this regard.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If closed at the user's request, the verified balance will be returned (excluding bonuses).
